Our Standards
What we require from all teachers
Before onboarding, every Casual Relief Teacher must meet the following requirements:
- Current VIT registration, verified manually
- Resume review and interview
- Referee checks
- Current First Aid certification
- Agreement to Matilda’s Child Safety Policy and Code of Conduct
Compliance is reviewed regularly to ensure standards remain current.
